Left Palermo this morning on the 11am flight to Luton airport, arriving at Lilyville Rd at 2pm. Am here in London for a few days then head off on my next adventure to the Lakes district & Yorkshire. Before I left my last meal was pork fillet (Az. Agr. Mulinello) dressed with Nebrodi black pig lard on a bed of yellow-fleshed potatoes. Served with Chicory, Caciotta Fondue, Crunchy Onion and Nero D'Avola Brown Base. (Pic attached). Also attached a couple of pics from the train today on my way to Margaret & Simons'.
