That's a Wrap

Well, I am back in Lane Cove after four months of adventures through Europe. Starting in Sardinia, Corsica, France, Spain (my new favourite country!), France again (in the beautiful southwest), Holland, UK, Ireland, UK again, Austria, Slovakia, Poland, Czechia, UK again, UAE and finally home after the 23 hour transit. Although what made the trip home pretty enjoyable was the free wifi on the plane for the 13 hour flight from Abu Dhabi to Sydney. When I finally got it to work it was Netflix movies, live Stan rugby of the Sydney grade finals and a catch up on a few shows I missed while away. So the time flew (excuse the pun). But it's now time to begin plans for my next travel adventure. My last few days in London were spent wandering around and I did manage to visit the Royal Observatory and to stand on the Meridian line i.e at 0 Longitude. There was also a fantastic view of the city over the Royal Naval Colleges below. It was then to a final pitstop at my favourite pub "The Grenadier" for a final pint of London Pride. I have really enjoyed this aimless wandering through Europe. I have seen some interesting and memorable sights (especially places like Auschwitz), met some great people, and caught up with friends and family OS. I'll be back!!!
